We have worked hard to build a successful company over the years, and our A+ BBB rating is a reflection of the high standards that we achieve throughout the business. Red Dog Media is one of the companies on the BBB website that can claim such an impressive and consistent rate of satisfaction.
BBB’s grading system takes into account 17 factors based on objective information and actual incidences of a business’s behavior that have been verified and evaluated by BBB professionals. These factors are things like the volume of complaints, the number of unresolved or unanswered complaints, failures to address a complaint pattern and the amount of time a company has been in business. In order for a company to receive an A+ rating they need a score of at least 97 to 100, leaving a small room error. Since Red Dog Media’s BBB file was opened in 2012, we have been dedicated to providing quality services and communication that has allowed us to earn such a high score.
