In our candid conversation, Miranda reminisces about what initially drew her to Red Dog Media. She vividly recalls being attracted to a smaller company teeming with an entrepreneurial spirit and the distinct vibes of a startup. She says:
From the very beginning, I was impressed by not only the output of the work, but the immediate effect we were having in the market.”

I was already pursuing my degree in computer science, and Seth thought it would be cool to have someone start on the Marketing side of the business and eventually move into the Development side. He was really excited about fostering a symbiotic relationship between marketing and development. That discussion, and subsequent transition, paved the way for me to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s entire ecosystem and allowed me to apply differing perspectives to the work I do today.
Finding Fulfillment in Contribution
For Miranda, true fulfillment lies in collaboration and contribution. She delves into the exhilarating realm of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), where she finds herself transforming CRO’s ideas into tangible realities. The synergy between her efforts and the CRO team’s visionary experiments allows her to make a direct impact on bottom line profits and fuels her sense of purpose.
I like being able to bring their experiments to life. To be honest, it kind of makes me feel like a magician!”
